Convert stroke to shape

Does anyone know how to turn a stroke into a shape, such that you can then put a stoke round the edges of it?

So, draw a red squiggle > apply thick line weight > convert to shape > apply green stoke. You now have a shape filled in red with a green outline.

I imagine it's something like Ctrl+Shirt+Alt + C instead of Edit > Convert to shape, right?

Right-click menu or pull down the Arrange menu (same command in right-click menu as below's Arrange menu screen shot). Add line.

I'm impressed. That did a really good job.

It is in the wrong menu again though. I'll just have to learn that everything is in the Arrange menu, except copy and paste.

It's not there in mine. Just in the Arrange menu

Mike and I have XDP, perhaps that's why?

Looks like it's context sensitive. I just drew a line with the freehand tool, right-clicked on it, and viola, there it was right near the top of the menu. The option does not show up if it's a closed shape, whether filled or not. The option of course is still available under the Arrange menu.
