    Default Peugeot Breakers website

We did some printing for a local scrap yard which specialises in the breaking (scraping) of peugeot cars. They wanted a new website as their old one was, well I'll come to that in a bit. The company was re-branded and we created a more corporate looking site (as per the clients request) and in the words of a lot of people; including the client "it's the best looking website for a scrap yard ever" which made me happy and most importantly the client is happy.

We also did a facebook and twitter page for the client to make everything tie up. The website has a page where the client will be able to upload latest cars for breaking or parts for sale (hasn't added any yet).

By the way the old site is at shipley peugeot breakers dot co dot uk, I was shocked because the webdesigner had used an online hosted templated website for the client, charged them for the privilege and the client also has had to pay over £300 per year for the past few years.

Anyway the site I did for him is http://www.peugeotbreakers.biz/

You have very good taste for web design and doing great sites.

One thing which maybe just an impression but generally with Xara made sites. The fonts on the buttons does not seem as sharp as the other texts. Is that controlled maybe by that the texts on buttons are not in whole pixels?

Because they are images and not text.
You can force text using the special name HTMLtext

Do you mean in that way the Navigation bar texts on the buttons will be exported as text? Inspite of the fact that they are groups with the shape behind (as I remember that is mandatory to create navigation bars )

I think Skech made his own navigation buttons.

I always make my own navigation buttons, just seems better doing it that way. also I did not know the html text trick to stop buttons exporting as images (the text part anyway. Thanks Steve

Steve, does the htmltext name work with all versions of webdesigner? Just tried it and the text is still an image. (webdesigner v8)
