Task manager can show you which programs are actively consuming CPU resources. You might like to show the running processes and the CPU they are using.

Press Print Screen, then open Xara and Paste the screen capture. Crop the image down to just the Task Manager screen. Export as a JPEG and then post it here.If you don't understand what you are seeing take a screengrab and post it here.
