Designer 9 Clone Tool - un tick not 'sticking'

I have downloaded, tried and now bought the new Designer9, love the brushes, but..
how many times do I have to un-tick "Don't show me again" when using the Clone Tool?
Every time I get near the Clone Tool the same message pops up, even though I have un-ticked it a zillion times.
It was doing it in the trial version and silly me thought that once I was the legitimate owner that would go away, it hasn't.
It's driving me nuts :-(

Otherwise it's great fun.

Hmm? I just tried the Clone Tool and I got that requestor, and opted not to see the requestor again. I closed down PGD9 and reopened a new page, brought in a new photo and made a selection with the Clone Tool and the requestor was nowhere to be seen.

Is anybody else having this problem?

I have opened and closed a few times.
Maybe it will start behaving itself 'later' :-)

I accessed the Help file, then closed & opened it twice more and now it's behaving... :-)

yes I have the problem - it appears the two registry keys are talking their own sweet time to reset

I've passed this on to Xara, but if this keeps happening I suggest you open a ticket with Xara support.

it stops if you manually change the registry keys, at least it did for me [if that's of any help]

Exactly, the tick must remain ticked to confirm you don't want to be asked again
