It seems to me that usually just deleting a frame will not stop something from happening, you have to undo back to before the event started. So I would say remake your animation from scratch starting with a new animation. Maybe you don't want it animating nor glowing, I don't know, nor do I know how you went about making the glow in the first place. Please submit your file and someone may figure out what is wrong.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

7669, your own animation is so small I can't see what's going on at all. You're far better off working large and when your happy rescale the animation down. I attach a xar file which hopefully will show you the way but do bear in mind that working at the size your using may cause a lot of optical illusions.

My xar file is just an animation file. You can "Export Animation" as either a SWF or a GIF. The Gif doesn't tween, it's just a series of frames converted to graphics, but for this type of animation it's not a great problem either way. Gif's are restricted to 256 colours. So either export your animation as a gif or swf whichever suits. Another way is to export it as a swf and import it into Googles on line swf to html5 converter Swiffy and use the resultant html5 on your page in a placeholder. If you're wanting to place it on an oline forum etc it'll have to be a gif, you can't have animated jpg's.

Here's the same file exported as a gif. Click the thumbnail to see it animate.
