PSPX5 is doing this to a lot of people (not me though). Very frustrating when it happens.

Have you installed both service packs?

it seems to be working so far. I still much prefer XPDG but PSS can do things I can't do on PGD7.
Feel free to download the music from my videos.
I just want to include it in a small project I'm working on:-

Thanks. It's still working and I've having a right laugh adding different colours to the cat... Now imagine what I could do to a budgie (hey, I love those great little things), macaw or tortoise shell cat....

Thanks for the help, Grenou. I was going to give up if it didn't work and can include it in the multi-media video I'm (still) working on (production problems such as software crashing/videos refusing point blank to convert properly) and after numer stops/restarts, I think I'm getting somewhere (four days to do six minutes of animation).

ah.. back in the day at 24 frames per second 6 minutes would would have been 86,400 drawings by hand - even if you could process[xerox] the inking that was still more than I could have done in four days

It isn't finished yet. Now that I've got Paintshop Pro up and running again I can do more surreal, psychedellic backdrops becuase that's what it's supposed to be, a psychedellec video.
