Any recommendations on news tickers?

Do people have any recommendations on a news ticker? I want to feed it with head lines then when they click in it it will take them to my news page where they can read the full story.

Have you looked at the WebRSS widget in the Designs Gallery > Page Elements > Other Widgets folder?
