CustomTransparent Photo Menus - Think outside the Nav Bar

I posted this some time ago and got 0 responses. But optimist that I am I post it again to show how you can create a really sophisticated menu from scratch. It takes some time but in the end you wind up with a menu that is unique.

I have used three button states, plus modified sections of the same photo for the mouse over, selected page, and drop down menus.

If you look at the attached web file, examine the layers, you can see how this was accomplished.

I have not heard that term swish except in the US to describe someone who's a bit light on his feet. I'll take it as a compliment.

I have used transparency and not, but generally always build my own interactive menus.

I've found the function for menus in xara can be glitchy
