    I agree with everything posted. I just threw the background together without much thought.

    One observation, though. Gary, the sample you posted looks like the marble has been stretched
    vertically by your envelope app. That doesn't seem realistic to me. I did apply an envelope
    to my marble but it doesn't show as I have covered the front corners with a frame. I'll give
    the cg a try.

    I squashed the marble down on top to create foreshortening. This compensates for the distortion caused by the envelope.

    Ron, the jag brought back a memory from way back when I was in the Navy. My best friend's Dad had one of these in Concours Condition, and gave it to Steve (my friend), who promply pulled the engine and stuffed a Pontiac engine in it, pretty much hacked the thing to death. Don't believe Father and Son ever spoke again!!!
