Embedded Animated pictures

Hi there, would like to know if Xara has the capability of embedding an animated set of pictures into the Index page as shown in this site --> itqs.com.ar

Yes, Designer Pro X and Web Designer MX Premium, as well as other versions can embed an animation such as the one you linked to.

And you can build a Flash animation just like that one in the New Animation window.

In addition to the built in Flash and JQuery animations other slide shows can be brought into a Xara design with only a little fiddling.

It is mostly drag and drop, dead simple. I highly recommend downloading the trial version and take it for a spin.

Taking the full version of Nivo Slider as an example:

You will need 2 place holders, 1 for the head section and 1 for the body. You will also need to upload some files and folders via FTP. See attached zip.

Hey Drywyd,

I was using the widget supplied in XDP8 and could change almost everything. The only thing I couldn't change was the initial delay time of going from the first picture to the second. It seemed like about 10 seconds. Once the initial delay passed, the 4 seconds I set were adhered to.

Is there somewhere else a person has to look to make that change?
