Text popups on different parts of a single photo

This can be done with mouse overs and layers.

Create a new layer for each pop-up.
Create an object over each area (on the MouseOff layer) and set the transparency to 100% (99.9% on older versions of WD & DP).
In Web Properties >> MouseOver select the correct layer for each triggering object.
Place your text to appear in the relevant layers.

Trigger objects are set to 95.5% transparency in the example below for clarity.
