ROLL OVER EFFECT to change photos

I would like to have photos in black and white and when you mouse over they change to color - or the photo would change to another completely different photo. I havent used the forum very much, if at all, so if I missed this somewhere or I am in the wrong area . . . sorry.

You can use popup layers for this.
