OK. I did some experimenting. I reduced the size of the image and applied a Mehdi > Eraser Classic with a Tolerance setting of 75 and this produced a reasonably clean outline.

So if you try this, and some higher settings, you might be able to create a clean outline.

first of all, thank you.... i have never seen suchh a supportive forum...but very unfortunate for me that when i click on new and medhi, it shows an error like,,,,

access violation exception at 0x050e3f60...n program quits,,,'

what could be the way to short it out?

Try this. Close the program. Right click on the program icon and select Run as Administrator. You only need to do this one time. It might help.

Hi,

inspite of operating with run with admin, error shows, as per image attached. It does not open the menu, like image shared by you with changes. also, can you please let me know how exactly this Mehdi, works.

if i press continue in violation msg, than my mouse cursor stand with "e"..but nothing happend to image..and background color...

i am trying it for almost 24 hours for such simple thing, i know but i m not going to loose this....m sure, will do it in another 24 hours most prob.....but ready to invest my 48 hours and more to learn this software....

steps i follow to work on this project is as:

- Open Program by right click run as administration
- insert image into new document
- select image
- click on live effect tool
- click on new
- click to mehdi- eraser classic
- access violation message appears
- select continue
- error message with one no.
- select dont send

thats it....no change to image...no change any selection
