    Default Background Repeat's Down?

    Hi all,
I’m having a bit of a problem, this week I bought Web Designer MX Premium,
So to try to learn my way round I am trying to recreate a friend’s website he owns
which was made on a free website builder.

After looking at some of the posts and video tutorials I’m trying to do the stretchy
background thing. I know I’ve done it wrong somewhere?
If you care to take a look at the link, you will see it works fine until you zoom out of the
page (Ctrl+mouse wheel) then you can see the background has repeated down the page,
not sure how this happened or how to correct it, if any of you have any ideas it would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

I think it might be a little difficult to see what I've done wrong looking at the link above, so I have put all the files
on a NAS Drive in a zipped file, (will only work while my router is switched on)

    Cheers Drwyd,
I have looked at what you've taken the time to do,
done what you said and put the code in the head
but after copying the background then bring it back
I now get a white border around it, a bit like a page shadow.
Then when I use it has a background it tiles horizontally, (thou it's stopped tiling down)
I will continue to play with it and try to figure out what's going wrong.

    Many Thanks
    Rob

Make sure there are no shadows, borders etc. applied before you copy the bitmap.

Edit: To make it look like yours example it will have to be tiled horizontally.

    Thanks again Drwyd
Slowly getting there but still having a few problems with it, i.e the transparency just cannot get it to look quite right.
I'm just learning a little at a time.

    Cheer's for your help
    Rob
