Thank you all for the help so far, I still can't find anything except that a band named deadbodieseverywhere has used it as their cover art. From my limited knowledge of art I would have to guess that it the virgin Mary based on the colours she's wearing and the baby who would be Jesus.

At first look I thought Hogarth ... you know, one of those "look this is where drink gets you" prints. It seems to be a detail from a larger piece.
