    Last weekend I attended a course on drawing mantra garlands and finished this drawing. These images are used in Buddhist meditation.

    It is the mantra of White Tara. The way this mantra garland has to be drawn, is defined in a sadhana. The Tibetan/Sanskrit symbols should be white, so it was a bit of a challenge to get it done properly.

    Because it has a lot of detail, I also included a detail picture.

ID:	87076I am trying to draw a wine glass at the moment but haven’t had much time on the computer because three days before Christmas the doctor told me I had cancer. Still more drawing time though before I go into my wooden box. I’ll post the wine glass when I finish it...

    Our publisher of our next book came up with the first design (black type on a green background) as part of the cover design.

    I asked if we could submit some designs. Not that it will do any good, but it never hurts to try. These are four of my designs.
