Being somewhat of a stamp collector myself I think that is a beautiful stamp Rich.
You know what I always liked seeing on stamps but rarely if ever in the US us raised printing. Maybe that is too expensive to do these days, but could you make one to simulate that effect?

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
Larry,
A little Gel Shaping. I tried with a semi transparent image, but didn't like the effect. I was thinking more of an engraving appearance.
Rich
OK that works. Thanks for the extra effort Rich.

Larry,
The drawing was a set of circles sliced in half, and the alternates added together. Now, you can add the objects to mak a larger drawing.

Rich: I think you're selling yourself a bit short here.
I would be charging a lot more than $5 for that stamp.
Put a few zeros on the end!
Great drawing.

If the postal service can sell one of these it will match their budget cut.

excellent drawing rich! that one was right out of tutankhamen's post office! (inflation in those days must have been a real drag though)
