Good night to both of you.

I worked using Zulu (GMT) timezone where ever I was in the world for many years. Still think in Zulu most of the time.

Thanks very much for your input Bill and Steve.

It's being able to select one part of the group that's important for me.

For example, in the attached picture, the two oval shapes were grouped first, then the text was grouped with that and then the bigger outside shape.

It's the CTRL+Click that you've been talking about guys that made me think.
I've always been used to double-clicking to select the part I want (and now you get another 'Edit Inside...' page that I don't want), well, thinking about the CTRL+Click, that actually allows you to select any part, no matter what is grouped with what.

This one thing was annoying me so much and I won't tell you what I was thinking of doing!

So, the 'Edit Inside...' page opening up is not an issue with me any more if I just do CTRL+Click to select what I want.

Thanks once again to the Xperts for helping.

I would never class myself as an Xpert Rik , that would be BIll - I'm just a moderator who knows about 20% of the program well - and 50% of the rest [the pure websuff] hardly at all

but thanks, and glad you got it clear in your mind
