Pop up layer not working

Hi there,
I've created a "Post-it" graphic with some text on promoting a new service I offer on my home page.
I them created a new layer on which I put a rectangle and some text explaining the service.
I then went back to the graphic, Web Properties, Pop up layer, and selected the new layer.
When I export it, nothing happens - the cursor changes to a finger, but the new layer doesn't show.

I suppose you have applied the link to the pop-up layer. So if you click on your graphic it will pop-up. To have it popping up on hover, you have to set the pop-up layer ink on the "Mouse-over" tab of the web properties dialog.

I don't want it to pop up when you hover over it, only when you click on it so I haven't set up the link in the mouse over properties.

I just tried the mouse over properties anyway, it makes no difference.

So when you click it, the pop-up layer doesn't show?
In this case, please attach your .web file so that we could check what's wrong.

The layer you want to be a pop-up must be placed above the MouseOver layer. Do this, and it will work fine.
