Default Keyboard cmd to copy-drag (not Ctrl-c)

Is there some way to copy-drag?

In Photoshop I can select an object, then press Alt and drag away a copy of the selected object using left mouse.

Is there something similar in xara (designer pro)?

You can SELECT the object, then create a clone (CTRL-K) and then just drag it.

Just drag a shape, text, object or group and right-click. Where you right-clicked is where the copy appears.

I can save you a step. Drag with the right button. When you release the button a duplicate copy is left behind.

I can't drag with the right button in any consistent direction. Weird but true.
