How To: JQuery Menus to be integrated into XDP Webpage.

Ok so here I am, after making quiet a searches elsewhere as well as on this forum,


My idea is to integrate one/all of the menus listed SEE HERE into Websites designed in XDP.

and i know its completely possible given the versatility of XARA Designer, and i have done this before, but snippet by snippet of code,

but I'm really stuck here in this case, as it involves various css+JavaScript+htmlcode. So I'm really confused how to put things together,

So if anybody could make an easy, Tutorial (text/video) i'd be grateful enough, since i'mn fascinated by these menu designs and i don't wanna switch over to Dreamweaver.
