Annoying Language switch, is this a bug?

I have CDX3 in english but I use the Italian Language for my works, there is an annoying problemi with the default language:
my workspace and language is set to Italian and the User Interface is in English now:
1) if I start a new page and put some text in it the language (and keyboard) is Italian.
2) when I select the Character Formatting Docker (the docker or text -> character formatting) the language (and keyboard) switch to english and the next text I insert in the page is with english language, very annoying.

I am doing something wrong? I think that CD have to keep the default language setting, check the images in attach, on the screen capture there is the Windows XP Language.

Since I do not use DRAW in another language, it would be best to send this on to Corel as I don't know how to help you.

Hello everyone,
I am Chinese too, and I bought web designer 6, I work in Paris, but it doesn't support chinese character neither.
I am hopeless for this software, anyone knows a solution to fix it?
