Hi, firstly sorry for posting this - I'm pretty certain it's been addressed in previous posts but I can't find them!
Is it possible to control the name an image is exported as in a web page?

Steve Leger's trick is the easiest. Make sure the image(s) has the correct name and place it in a folder on your desktop.
Place the image in Xara. Select the image then open the Website Properties > Placeholder menu. Select Replace with Graphic File and browse to the folder on your desktop and select the image. This will force the image to export with the name you wish.
The more direct method is to select the image in Xara. Click the yellow name tag icon on the Infobar and Add imagename="the name of your image"
Replace "the name of your image" with your actual image name and enclose the name in quotes.
DO NOT add the image extension, e.g. .jpg or .png.

Thanks for that, Gary. Adding a name to the image the more natural solution for me. It appears that you need top specify filename="x", this worked for me but imagename="x" didn't. Cheers.
I stand corrected. It is filename="x".
