Corel X4 and X5

Everytime I try to open either program I have a problem? After its done loading either program the quick box is missing....and no matter what i click on it just dings like an error or something???? can't open anything?? Can't even shut it down without using task manager? What's happened? Any ideas?

Hi Jason,

You could try and reset your workspace to the the factory default settings, just remember, if you do, your workspace might not be the same as you have customised it presently!

Hold down the F8 Key while you boot up Corel, this is the way it works for me in X3, a box will pop up and ask whether you want to reset to default, then make your choice.

I had something similar to this quite a while ago, where one of my keyboard keys were stuck, can't remember which one, silly as it may sound, as soon as I released the key, all worked again.
