Thumbs up how to show something which is out of page.

I created a website for some one.
    www.eco-cleaning.org.uk

She want me to create a border on the top of the page which stretches outside the page. As per my experience with XWD, it doesnt show anything which is outside the page. So, how am I gonna accomplish it??
Please check the picture for the thing she want me to do. and the website to see what i created.

    Thank you.

Place your border as you have it on the page. Then create a tall thin bitmap with the same portion of the border on top. Make this bitmap the page background.

Unlock the page background and set the shadow to none.

I left placed a rectangle with no fill over the page to show the edges.

Maybe you can use this as well. It does not have to be on a popup layer. The NoPageClipping will work for everything you want outside the page.
