Default Screencasts - how do you do it?

    My method is this:

I set the size of the program window to 1280x720 using the freeware tool Sizer 3.3 to fit YouTube HQ.

I run CAM Studio 2.5 beta, also freeware and set it for window capturing while I record my voice (using a Røde K2 large membrane studio microphone thorugh an SPL Gold Mike preamp - I'm a home studio music geek!)

After recording I proces the video in Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9.0 Platinum and export as MP4, then upload to YouTube.

I use FastStone Capture. I believe Sledger also uses FastStone, unless he has found something else he likes better. Sledger pointed out FastStone to me several months ago.

Yes I've stuck with FastStone, it's fast and simple for screen grabs and screen movies.
