It's under File - Print Options - Imagesetting
You have to enable "Output Printer Marks" first
I have the Pro version. Not sure if it's the same in standard.

Welcome David
File > Print Options
You do need to be exporting a file or printer file such as EPS, PS or PDF.

Thanks for your replies.
However my Print Option only has 2 tabs. Output and Print layout. I have downloaded the trial on to 2 separate machines and have the same result. Is this because it is only a trial version?
Thanks
Sorry sledger,
Just saw your reply now. Does this mean that you can't add any crop or registration marks in the standard version?
Thanks
The trial version is not crippled in any way. You have 30 days of full use
Here's the Print Options difference with pro version (left) and standard (right) of Xara Xtreme 5
You can add crop and registration marks manually on a new layer.
But the feature to add them automatically is not available in the standard version.
Thanks Sledger. Very helpful.
Just whack in your crop marks manually will only take a few minutes. If you go into most print shops you will find even if they are using AI they will insert the crop marks after using a rectangle for guides and then they insert the crop marks. Nearly all have the templates ready for page sizes which they load in as the first thing that they do. I t has to be a very difficult layout for them to use all of the print reg. marks.
