on my website i am building...

on the contact us page i have Phone, Fax, etc...

but i have a question on my email can i somehow link my email address so i can receive an email from somebody if they click on the email address?

i hope i didn't confuse anyone i dont know if this is even possible

From Xara's Help files:

"You can put an email address in the Link address field, in which case clicking the link will launch the reader's email program with the To: field filled in. You can also optionally specify the subject line to be used, add CC or BCC email addresses to be copied on the email and even specify the default body text to be used. For example this sets the To email address and all four optional parameters:

yourname@wherever.com subject:Email from website cc:another@wherever.com bcc:yetanother@wherever.com body:Auto-generated email

Technical note: Xara Xtreme Pro 5 encodes your email address to reduce the likelihood that SPAM robots will find your email address from the web page. This requires Javascript to be enabled in the browser (currently >95% of browsers)."

Doing a search in Xara Xtreme 5 Help for "emai" I see a topic returned called "Link Tab". Among other things, the body of text discusses Web Properties > Link > Link to web address:

Actually, Xara recommend that you add a link to text such as Send e-mail. Then enter the actual e-mail address in the Links tabbed section.

When you do this, Xara scrambles your e-mail address to hide it from the insidious spam harvesting spambots that gather legitimate e-mail addresses and add them to spam lists.
