Xara HTML Output problem PLEASE HELP!!!!!

OK have battled with this all day now what a waste of time!!

Turns out it is an xara output problem I have come to this conclusion by simply saving a blank html file from expression web with the coffeecup output and it worked perfectly!

Something in the bumf xara adds to the top of the html output is stopping it from working Im nowhere near experienced enough to figure this out pretty please someone help me?

Chris can you post the .web file for your project?

I would need to see your .web file with the placeholders etc you are using for the coffeecup form.

thanks very much for your help I do appreciate it, the .web file is attatched below I have also included 2 links to 2 different sites both built with WD the first one works perfectly in noth FF and IE8 the second (this one) only works in FF you will see when you look at them that apart from colours they are almost the same.

I have tried everything I can think of and the only way it will work (with my limited knowledge lol

) is buy opening a blank expression web page getting rid of the default html and adding only the coffeecup output it works fine then so I was thinking it has to be something to do with the output from WD, I have checked the source code from the 2 links above and all seems identical so just dont understand it.

Both pages work fine in IE8 for me.

Hi Keith

you sure? IE8? Ive tried now on 2 computers at home and had 3 clients look and no-one else can see the contact form at the bottom of the page just a white box with a message saying "cannot find your XML file you need to upload it for"

not even a full sentence lol

100%? You can see the actual form with the fields to input name email addy etc in IE8??

I'm running IE8 on Windows XP. Below is what I see at the two URLs.

Note that form in the image on the left displays just fine at 100% browser zoom. Reduced to 50% (for the purpose of creating this attachment), the form does not display correctly. The same is true, by the way when zooming to 150% ... the form text/graphics size is constant.

The plot thickens lol the flower garden one on my IE8 in vista displays perfectly you see the same as me on the other but my font is a lot smaller, seems to be zooming in on yours for some reason?

uhhh I dont know what to do, this has occupied all of my day today what a waste, usually just past the coffeecup output into html with expression web and jobs done, surely this cant be the thing that makes me walk away from WD something so trivial????

I dont want to use any "other" form makers as none of them can achieve the nice background graphics well none that I have tried anyhow
