Found a good, but expensive, solution.
I tried the trials of SWF to Video and SWF4Tube and both did what I needed.

it is difficult to find the free software, but i suggest you try the trial version of the programs below, it has only time period restriction.
First, get SWF to Video format

And then, make the video converted to FLV
