Photo template edit/customization issues

Please let me know what you're trying that is not working, and what you're effect you're after, and I'll see if I can help.

I am using - or wanting to - the Photographer template where a number of images are on the page with a large image in this case to the right. When the mouse passes over the small images they pop up in the enlarged section.

I have not been able to discover just what I am doing wrong when replacing the images cos they don't do nuffin.
