    I'm with you, Bruce.

    We need some long awaited new vector drawing tools within Xara Xtreme. Other vector drawing packages were much more innovative within the last three years.

    Seconded.

    I wish Xara would listen to us users and stop making toys which are not very useful to the professional graphics community at large and get some decent developers working on their core big money product.

    But as I said before I don't think there's anyone there who knows how the core engine of Xtreme actually works so they can't create new tools.

    If there's now vector tools in XX5 I'll eat my hat in the same vain as Werner Herzog Eating his shoe and post it on You Tube.

    Common sense one said,

    This is common practice for companies who own divisions(read products here)
    They take a look at the more profitable divisions and divide the areas that work from the areas that don't.
    This will distinguish what's valuable and what's not.
    By dividing it makes it easier to be able,in the future,to dump a product or development

    Magix is known for it's separate software programs.
