    PHProject (OpenSource) offers project management, Group calendar, time card system, file management, contact manager, mail client and many other modules.

    Try Basecamp. It's easy and very simple to use. In fact, it's very user-friendly. You can easily learn how the features work so you don't have to waste too much time on learning the tool.

    You may also try Redmine. It is a flexible project management web application which includes gantt charts for a better representation of projects. You can check here which ones has the features that would best meet your preferences.
