Will Not give me Discounted Price as quoted from XARA !!!

I brought these Xara Programs:

XaraXtreme
XaraX1
Xara Webstyle4
Xara Screenmaker
Xara3D

They don't show that I have any of them Registered. I got them from the Xara Corp. I was Logged into my Account.

It was quoted from XARA that If I upgraded from XaraXtreme to XaraXtreme4 that I would pay $59 !!!

Everytime I try to order XaraXtreme4 it tells me the price is $89!

This has happen EVERY time I try to order something from XARA !!

That is VERY Poor Customer Service. This has been an Ongoing task for the past 2 weeks!!!

Can some one with some Power of the Company get this strienten out for me.

After I change my e-mail address from the OLD one to the new one a Week later they STILL had my OLD E-mail Address.

I am an affiliate of Xara and promote their products on my website however if this KEEPs up I will Wash my hands completely of XARA and all their products they Sell!!!!

Now can someone help within a reasonable amount of time!! It is 2 weeks Overdue !!! Or am I not that Impostant that they have to put me at the Bottom of the List of People to HelP??
