Default How to ensure RGB only

Sometimes an exported eps (AI8) will have both RGB and CMYK colors.
How can I make sure there are no CMYK colors before export
or do I have to use the Color Picker over every object?
    Thanks.

Hi Jerry, welcome to the forum. Go to the Utilities menu, Choose options, and in the dialogue box that opens select the view tab. (See attachment)
Possibly you should disregard my post, I thought you were referring to Xara Xtreme. (Although I suppose AI must have similar options).
As you posted in the Xtreme forum however, you may still find this useful.
    Saludos,
    Bob.

Just editing in RGB color model doesn't turn CMYK color into RGB.

    Jerry,

If you can see the color on the screen then it is RGB. The only trouble folks have is getting the exact same shade to look the same on every screen/monitor. No possible way to guarentee that, way too many varibles. Ambient light, type and model of display ect...

Ok. Thanks, but sometimes a CMYK color creeps into the export,
when what I want is RGB only. It would help if Xara had a way
to list color references used in an image the way Illlustrator does.

First export the file as a PDF and set the PDF [export options] [colour model] to RGB.
Then open this file and export it as your desired file.

Easy way to tell if your colors are RGB or CMYK in illustrator is the dullness that comes with CMYK.
