Frances I'm also having problems connecting to Xara Xone.
It seems to be due to a Domain Name Server issue because the IP address cannot be resolved from the name.

I'm seeing some strange behaviour with the DNS servers. The Xara Xone is being redirected to IP address 82.165.29.155 which is somewhere in or around Amsterdam.
I believe the Xara Xone servers are actually located in England along with the xara.com and Talkgraphics servers.

I think that Xara may have been moving the server that XaraXone lives on.
