I'd get my knuckles rapped by a moderator for posting the .xar I'm afraid, so you'll have to read up on Xara in the
many resources here and on The XaraXone, or look inside this book.
There's no quick fix for drawing with Xara, it's a lot easier to learn than say, CorelDraw or Illustrator,
but at some stage you just have to bite the bullet, get your hands dirty and be prepared to spend time learning.
Believe me, it's not a chore, but a pleasure.

    Bob.

Why not post your own? If it's not that brilliant, we'll give you suggestions
on how you might improve it. You won't be given any negative criticism here. You will learn a lot more than having someone give you the finished article.

    Bob.

    Hi.
Here's my attempt at the book. It's not that good but...
    What do you think?

I think you've pretty much nailed it. What is there
about it that you're not happy with?
*Edit* On looking more closely I'd be inclined to adjust the
black outline on the book cover. It's a bit thick. Also you
could change the join in the line gallery to a mitre join.

The line thickness is probably OK I was thinking more about the spacing.

If I saw a 'hand book' that thick, I would run a mile.

For one thing the I didn't do the pages curve like you did. I also think my the book spine isn't that great. But thanks.
Thanks for giving me the tip on the blend tool. I'm still learning Xara...

Posts requesting artwork are generally removed.
Continued requests by the same member will often result in an infraction.
Knowledgeable members prefer to offer help and guidance (discussion, step-by-step guides, video tutorials etc) which see's you learn to produce drawings for yourself. There's much more satisfaction for the member who helps and for yourself when it all comes to fruition.

Also, remember that there are many other visitors to TG, many who never post but learn from reading the discussions contained in threads which have taught the original poster something useful.
This is what a forum is all about - sharing knowledge, not free handouts of artwork on request.

Asking for 'someone' to create an image for you helps no-one learn anything, least of all you.

I hope this helps you understand better
