Got mine in Northern Ireland, about to install :-)

Does not seem to accept my password and let me register the product - then when I ask for a password reset that screen does not work!

Do I need to register again?

I can login using the password to the xara site, just not the product reg page.

That happened to me too. The product's already registered I think you'll find

I had the same, it let me register again with the old email address, I decided that it was due to it being a .de site rather than the old .com site, seems to have accepted the new registration now anyway
