Resizing Flash Frames

Is there a way to resize all the frames in an flash image at once? If I have 70 frames , it'll take a while to resize them individually to make the flash smaller in size.

I have not used xara for animation for a while, in fact before flash - but it was the case then that if you made all frames 'visible and selected' with the 'eye and arrow' buttons - then you could resize everything in one go - if this is what you mean?
They may be a better way of course
