Rotating objects around nodes

Is there a way of moving the start point of a line to another node/ point.
The only two methods I know are unsatisfactory.
● 1. ► Reverse the line path.
● 2. ► Brake point at a node.
Breaking the line of course turns the lined shape into a line only.
Reversing the path doesn't actually change the start/ end point.
I want the the results of the last image with its fill still present.
