Lost my Xara CD and can't unlock downloaded version of Xara Xtreme. Pls help!

Is there any way to download and unlock the software if I don't have my CD?

Ronald if you purchased direct from Xara's website you can log into your Xara Account and download the software and get your serial number.

If you purchased through a 3rd party you may need to contact them.

I purchased through the Xara site.

When I log in to my acct on the Xara homepage, it takes me to the Acct Admin page.

I don't see where to get my Serial #.

Help!

Ronald the Account Admin page is where you find the serial numbers. They are listed in a table on the right side of the screen Labeled Product Serial Numbers. Below that table is one Labled Product Downloads.

I do not work for Xara, only another user of their software. Xara provides the servers these forum reside on but users moderate and participate here.

PS: When I log in to my acct from the Xara home page, it takes me to a page that gives me a choice of signing in to either the: XaraClub or XaraOnline It will let me sign in to XaraOnline but not XaraClub. Maybe that's why the correct page is not coming up. Thanks again!

XaraClub is an older area of their website. If memory serves, any purchases made beginning in January 2005 will be in the Xara On Line page.
