Different colours need for Logo

Hi

I have create a 3D version of my companies Logo. The problem that I'm having is to create the different colours within the Logo. I've tried bringing in the various parts piece by piece but that didn't work. I have provided attachements of the original Logo and of the 3D Logo.

My quick fix method was to take the 3D Logo back into Xtreme Pro and colour it there, the problem there that i don't get the correct coulours on the extrusions.

Please does anyone have any ideas of how i can this?
