    Default Installing fonts issue

    Hi Folks,

Okey, I give up and I have to as for help since after installing Xara Pro3,2 I have lost the fonts I have had installed with Xara Pro 3,0.

Now I tried to install all those fonts from the Xara Pro 3,0 CD but after installing the fonts as soon I take out the Xara CD from the Cd drive the fonts
    dissapear from Xara's font list.

I have been trying with - "Get fonts", "Install", and "Disc fonts..."
    Nothing works.

Greatful för any idea that will bring me back fonts from CD.

    Cheers
    Pawel

Just copy them from the CD to your Windows Font folder.

I've had issues with fonts on my PC. But mine issues tend to be with conflicts between adding & removing fonts via different install programs.

Here's an example: I install some fonts with (corels) Bitstream Font Navigator(BFN for short)(ver 4 or 5), then try to delete the same font using X1 font installer. OR, Install or Remove or vice versa with X1 install BFN-remove, etc..
Error messages pop up, & font's start behaving strangely. Somehow these two programs do not interact well together on my PC. Not saying it's a X1 thing but knowing Corel, I suspect it as the culprit.

wALDO say's, "Choose one program for adding & removing fonts as it will save you problems in the long run..."
