Unlocking Xtreme Pro

Hi Folks - I've just bought and downloaded xtreme pro and when i enter my email and password (which is correct) I get the message 'the required white space is missing'. I'm working on a pc that connects thru a proxy server. I had this problem before with Xtreme but can't remember how it was resolved. Anyone experienced this as well?. Al
