Glossy/Glassy Appearance

Hi Guys,

I don't know quite how to phrase this question but I am wondering on how to create an affect with images in Xara X1 or Xtreme where it appears as if they are either Highly glossed or have a pane of glass in front of them.

If anyone could solve this mystery for me that would be great.

Thanks Guys, I have actually done both those tutes that you posted gary but they weren't exactly what I were after. Might have to go back and have a look at them and see if i can get the effect I want.
