It did. I'm pretty sure Luke has fixed that now though I'm not sure if he's closed the bug. Thanks for the report!

We changed the internal representation of colours in LX (swapping around Red and Blue) so it's more compatible with the windows version. You might find a few more of these if you are (un)lucky.
