Free Ulead Plugins

I used the ArtTexture Plugin on this, it combines well with other plugins I have.

Pictured: ArtTexture-Ulead, EyeCandy 4000: BevelBoss, Chrome, Fire, Smoke and Motion Trail over Glitterado by Flaming Pear.
BTW, in order to prevent the ArtTexture plugin from reverting back from its default pattern, I had to change the type to editable shapes and lock the effect in between adding on other filters.
