Just some fun with a new hair plugin

There is a promising new hair plugin for C4D, made by Renato Tarabella. It's called Fast Fur.

Rendering time is drastically decreased. It took me only up to 7 minutes for the most complex of these pictures with only one CPU (Athlon 2.8) and 1,5 Go of Ram.

Have you used Hair Dept. from C4D Cafe and how does it compare?

No I didn't. However Maxon announces its own hair tool soon.

Today I have tried Fast Fur with Final Render 2 and it rocks, even with global illumination which is uncredibly fast !!!
