AV Bro. page curl

I am using Xara Photo & Graphic Designer 12.3.0.46908 DL Oct 6 2016 and I do not find any Page Curl under Live Effects.
Please bear with me, since I don't know where most things, other than the obvious, are located.
Do I need to download something? If so where?

i have no idea whether the current version of this plugin will work with P&G 12 - also it is not free, the free offer is long expired; you can download a demo

if you have a xara CD - check that it might be there if you are lucky
