Xara rep claimed it was impossible for a trouble ticket to be open from that long ago, and I supplied the ticket #. Xara claimed that if I resubmitted the information it would be checked out promptly. So, I submitted the information again (this is now the 4th time!) on Feb 10th. I've still heard nothing beyond the autoresponder.

Does anyone have any idea how to light a fire under these guys?
